As of Sept. of 2004, we've got Lady once again...She is a beautiful Halflinger horse that we had a few years back...When Pam developed medical problems we knew that Lady would not be taken care of properly, so we decided to sell her....Welllllll now, one of the grandchill'n showed a great interest in horses and riding, so when the opportunity arose to get Lady back, we jumped on it....Lady is great with children and has a laid back attitude....

Haflingers were originally bred around the mountains of the Austrian Tyrol and Hafling, Austria, which is now part of Italy. They are strong and sturdy mountain horses used for farm work, riding, packing and driving.
